I typically wouldn't share something as intimate as going to a podiatrist, but I was so impressed with the Arizona Foot Doctors team! The appointment was quick and painless. After filling out the patient forms, I maybe waited 10-minutes before being directed to a room. The receptionist/nurse was so sweet while taking my blood pressure. After about 4-minutes after, Dr. Burns came in and examined my feet. He asked me a few questions about what may have caused my ankle pain, but mostly took the time to listen to what I was feeling. As you may know, doctors with great bedside manner are RARE these days. After a few x-rays, foot stretches, and further examination, Dr. Burns recommended a few treatment options and healthy foot tips to support my sprained ankle. He told me what my insurance covered, and explained what I should expect in detail. I decided to go with a boot, ankle brace, and laser therapy! My insurance covered everything except for the K-Laser treatment. Although I was hesitant at first, I felt immediate results after the laser therapy session ended. The ache in my ankle disappeared. I'm still feeling a slight dull-ish pain, but I have another laser therapy session scheduled for next week and the following week. I highly recommend this Scottsdale podiatry clinic for anyone experiencing foot, ankle, or heel pain. The office is very clean and the team is great!

The most amazing experience. I broke my toe, and the same day he got me in. No waiting at all. Brought me back immediately. Took care of me I was in and out within 30 minutes. Staff was more than kind and the Dr himself was the best!!!!

I was really impressed with Dr. Burns! He took me through my X-rays on every visit and showed me what to look at to see my heeling process. He treated me as an intelligent adult and did not talk down to me. I would certainly recommend him to others with a foot injury.

This review is not for the doctor, it is for the woman at the front desk. My husband Rob went in and had a great visit with the doctor but his interaction with the receptionist was “rude, disrespectful, impolite and unhelpful.” His first visit there was met with hostility from her upon first arriving (he was 15 minutes early) so we tried to just let it go. When he left, he had a question for the doctor regarding care for his foot but tue doc had another patient so the receptionist tried to answer his question but seemed extremely confused so Rob asked if she would ask the doctor and call him back. She said “she would try” Ok wait really..?Also, she never called back.So he went in for a follow up today and was met with the same unprofessional demeanor. He arrived too early for his appointment and asked if she thought the doctor would potentially be able to see him sooner than scheduled but her rude disposition left him so frazzled he left and said he would see another doctor at this point because of how unpleasant it was dealing with her. I think it’s important the doctor is made aware of who his patients are coming into contact with upon first entering his office. Hopefully this is helpful to provide more customer service training and hospitality toward patients.
